The parish of Clarendon is divided into nine health districts, ccomprising of 31 health centres-nine Type 3, 10 Type 2 and 12 Type 1. Each health district has a Type 3 full service health centre with curative, maternal and child, dental, mental and environmental services.

There are also three hospitals- the May Pen (Type B), Lionel Town (Type C) and Chapelton Community hospitals. The major towns are May Pen, Lionel Town, Chapleton and Spalding.
